Safe Points Program
The Safe Points Program provides seniors
(ages 60 and over) with in-home assistance services such as case
management, medical assessment, in-home counseling and Homemakers
services. Quality services are available through Family Service
Agency. The goal of the Safe Points Program is to help seniors who
live alone remain living independently in their own homes.
Each Safe Points worker is carefully
screened and once hired, is provided with ongoing training and supervision.
Clients are assigned a worker that best meets their needs. Services
are reviewed at regular intervals by the program coordinator and
staff, and may be adjusted to match the changing needs of the client.
